Amanda is a graduate of the prestigious University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality Management in beautiful Orlando, Florida. She has two bachelor's of arts degrees in Hospitality Management and Food Service Management. Travel has always been a passion of Amanda's and is the main reason she chose to study the hospitality industry. Amanda has worked as a bartender all over the greater Orlando area since 2009. Amanda was ecstatic to join Expedia Cruises, Shingle Creek in December 2015 as a Cruise & Travel Consultant. When Amanda isn't working you can find her waltzing around town with her chocolate Pomeranian, Sir Bentley, playing in the parks at Universal Studios, or obviously, on a cruise ship!
