We’ve recently returned from a family trip of a lifetime. Julie made all the arrangements for us, and most everything went seamlessly. There are always things that can go wrong during a vacation, and this was no exception, and it was certainly beyond Julie’s control! We were on a train from Bari to Naples, Italy, trying to catch the last ferry to Capri, when we realized that we wouldn’t have enough time. We sent an email to Julie explaining the situation and before our train reached Naples, she got back to us with hotel arrangements booked in Naples. We spent the night there and got an early ferry to Capri the next morning. We really felt Julie went far above and beyond, to make this such a special vacation. A huge thank you from all of us!
