"My husband and I wanted to book a getaway for our 15th wedding anniversary, so we reached out to Expedia Cruises to help guide us. We ended up choosing St. Thomas of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Rich and Michelle found for us round-trip non-stop flights from our nearest international airport for our convenience. They booked an ocean view room with a balcony at a newly built resort in the quiet and peaceful Frenchman's Cove, where the water is warm, calm, and turquoise as can be. The place was absolutely dreamy, and had everything we wanted in an island retreat! There were two restaurants on site, beach access, and an infinity pool with a bar. I believe the resort also had a shuttle service, but we didn't need it as the Baughman's had booked us a rental vehicle. We ended up with a super fun bright red Jeep Wrangler, which was perfect for exploring the rugged terrain of the island. We wanted to bring our small dog along on the trip as well, and Expedia Cruises made sure we had all the paperwork we needed to allow her entrance to the island. The resort was dog friendly and our sweet little pup was welcomed and adored everywhere we went.
