Our most recent trip became an extra special experience due to the involvement of a great travel agent. We have successfully used Paul for several trips, but this one really gave us appreciation for what he brings to the experience. Planning for our trip began a year in advance. Paul kept us on track for a time line to get the best travel deals. As time for the trip grew closer, he advised us when to choose excursions so that he could get a feel for what we wanted to see. Paul took time to review our choices and directed us to reputable private excursions when possible for similar costs. Sometimes despite the best efforts, things do not go as planned. Shortly before leaving, the cruise line put our family on two separate floors. They were unable to reverse this change. Due to Paul's communication with the cruise line, they compensated with a VIP concierge service for the entire cruise. We have always enjoyed cruising, but the extra attention was fun. Paul arranged hotels in foreign countries before and after the cruise. It was comforting coming into a foreign country having everything arranged. Just prior to leaving for our trip, the mail brought a packet with full itinerary and guidance for each leg of the trip. This packet was always a part of our day pack.
