Susan grew up in Minesing, Ontario before taking off to Toronto to go to college and begin a career in Radio & Television arts. She has been involved in motorsports her whole life and travelled throughout Canada and the USA attending and working on race teams. This ignited her passion for travel and she still indulges her travel lust as often as possible! Amazing trips so far have been to China, Turkey, Amazon in Brazil, Morocco, numerous European locations and her recent cruise to Italy and Greece ranks as one of her favourites. Susan spent 20 years working (slaving away) in corporate communications producing corporate films and videos, public relation programs, automotive events & product launches – and having the time of her life. Jumping on planes at a moment’s notice to check out locations and search out the latest & greatest marketing idea for her corporate clients (IBM Canada, Chrysler, GM, Ford, Canadian Tire). She’s climbed down the side of a moving cruise ship in Vancouver harbour for a film shoot, created and managed a Jeep off-road course for customer test drives, and produced the TV series Car Guys. Ready to take a break from all the craziness she returned to Barrie and started a fitness club (still crazy), worked in Orillia at a radio station, and then as a sales consultant in the newspaper & magazine industry. Who says you can’t go home!! Her role as a travel agent is the best career yet!!! Combining two passions...travel and customer service!! She currently lives outside Barrie (in the same village she grew up in — how weird is that? — where she lives with her family and two fur-babies. .
