I am a travel addict! I got the Travel Bug in 2001 when my family was stationed at Osan Air Base in South Korea. My first travel work was volunteer, arranging group travel for US Air Force families for trips to China, Australia, and Thailand. After a wonderful two years appreciating the Korean culture (and food), we were assigned to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. On the way there, we took our first “cruise” from Bellingham Washington to Haines Alaska on the MV Matanuska. A piece of my heart will always be in that beautiful frontier: Denali, Seward, Hatcher’s Pass, Talkeetna, mountain ranges, glaciers, glacier-fed (and salmon-filled) rivers, Homer, deep sea Halibut fishing from Ninilchick, and even the frozen tundra. I cannot say enough about Alaska (but I’ll try)! After three years in Alaska we moved south to Canada, another great country with great people! This is when I planned my family’s first trip to Magic Kingdom and our first Disney cruise. (I am huge fan of everything with EARS and am well versed in everything Disney). Following my husband’s retirement from the USAF in Florida we have enjoyed exploring Europe, traveling to England, France, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and Italy. But we are not done yet! On top of my bucket list is Machu Pichu. What are your bucket list destinations? I’d be honored to help you get there as I am now a full-time travel agent with Expedia Cruises. Let’s get started!
