Karen is professional and always finds the best options and prices and I know that if I have trouble while away I have someone to take care of things for me. Karen travels extensively so she has lots of experience. When I travel somewhere she hasn't been she does a thorough job of learning about the destination and making the best arrangements for transfers, transportation and other details. We were very pleased with her work to organize us and our friends for our week at a villa in Tuscany followed by a one week riverboat cruise on the Danube.
