Diane, I want to let you know how much I enjoyed having you as my Expedia Cruises travel agent. I can’t express how appreciative I am to have had a rep that always went beyond the measures of satisfaction while maintaining a high quality of service. It was very easy to notice from our first conversation you have a passion about travel expertise. You were so cooperative and supportive about assisting with my first group trip. I had never been a trip coordinator before, and I sure had never handled reservations for a large group of people. Diane was so magnificent during the entire planning process. She offered me knowledge about itineraries and documents that would be needed for travel, and she managed all the reservations for each traveler in my group, and most importantly she communicated with me on a regular basis. She would always go the extra mile during some our phone conversations sharing her own personal traveling experiences as traveling tips making me feel more excited about my upcoming trip. If I had to describe her, I would say she is articulate, professional, courteous, and informative when addressing any concerns. I learned so many welcoming tips about how to effectively plan for my next vacation from her. Diane welcomed anything I considered a major concern, she always knew how to assure me “everything is okay” and that those concerns are only meant to be “learning experiences”. Sure enough, issues I thought were major concerns would turn out to be nothing at all for me worry about. Our trip turned out to be fantastic, everyone enjoyed themselves, and the continued communication and support (even after the trip) from Diane remains to be outstanding.
