WE HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS We have benefitted from Vicki's expertise, sincere attention to the myriad of travel details and her willingness to stay attentive from ‘booking to back home.’Vicki has the ability to attend to all the moving parts of travel. Changes of schedules, airlines flight changes, hotel booking alterations etc. More than anything, goes above and beyond instead of simply treating you as a booking. An example is when we asked Vicki to book us a holiday to a destination we’d already decided on. Vicki got to know about our choice and what we wanted to get from the holiday and suggested that because of our short travel window (one week) and the lack of direct flights to the destination we’d chosen, a lot of our week would be spent getting to and from and not as much time on the beach. She made a suggestion that got us the experience we wanted with a fraction of the travel time! We’ve revisited Vicki’s destination suggestion because we enjoyed it so much.
